Ingredients Information

Olive Oil - when used in soap making olive oil creates a gentle cleansing lather and is suitable for all skin types.  It is high in Oleic acid, vitamin A and E which are all really great for the skin

Coconut Oil - coconut oil gives soap a really lovely bubbly, creamy lather and is great for cleansing.  It is high in vitamin E, amino and lauric acid

Shea Butter -Is rich in fatty acids and antioxidants, all of which benefit the skin.  It is believed to reduce irritation, redness and inflammation of the skin and is thought to help the skin regenerate and repair damaged skin sells.  A great protecting, hydrating butter that is ideal for the whole body.

Cocoa Butter - Is a medium-hard butter.  It's rich in palmitic acid, stearic acid and oleic acid and abundant in polyphenols and phytosterols.  It's also rich in Vitamin E.  It will hydrate, protect and nourish the skin.  

Mango Butter - Is from the seed of the mango, it's rich in stearic and oleic acids and contains a good amount of Vitamin A, B and C.  It is a fantastic moisturiser and has anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation effects on the skin.  It's well absorbed meaning it will increase moisture retention and flexibility in your skin.

Jojoba Oil - we use Jojoba oil in our balms because of its richness in fatty acids and vitamin E; it is a great oil for hydrating and is hypoallergenic.  Jojoba oil leave lips and skin soft and smooth even on the chilliest of days

Avocado Oil - Rich in oleic acids and Vitamin E, avocado oil is easily absorbed and has a dry skin feel.  Avocado oil also contains a good number of polyphenols which help reduce inflammation and itching.  Great for a less greasy feeling product.

Calendula Oil - this oil is made by infusing Calendula flowers in oil and was historically used for healing wounds as it aids cell reproduction and has anti-inflammatory properties and promotes tissue regrowth

Beeswax - beeswax helps to retain moisture and reduces dryness.  Some of its other benefits are that it is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-viral, perfect for balms, which are often used on sensitive areas

Candelilla Wax - similar to beeswax, forms a protective barrier on the skin, guarding against external aggressors and locking in moisture.  Does not clog pores and is suitable for vegans.

Himalayan Salt - contains natural detoxifying properties when used as a bath soak and can help promote better sleep by balancing hormones and enzymes in the body

Sea Salt - sea salt has been used for thousands of years to cleanse, detoxify, restore and support natural skin.  Has therapeutic benefits such as easing aches and pains, relieving muscle tension and reducing stress and anxiety

Epsom Salt - these are a pure, naturally occurring compound made up of magnesium, sulfur and oxygen.  Epsom salts were initially found in Epsom (UK) hence their name.  They are wonderfully beneficial, they gently exfoliate and brighten your skin whilst also making your skin smooth and soft.  Epsom salts are well known for their relaxation and detoxifying properties, helping your body and mind unwind
