Refund policy

Refunds and Returns

If your order reaches you in a damaged condition please let us know immediately.  We are happy to replace or refund for any damaged products returned to us within 7 days of the notification, in the original packaging and unused.

Please email contact@ourlovelynaturals.co.uk with your name, order number and a picture of the damaged goods.  We will provide you with a return address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of change or send you a refund.

We regret that we cannot offer a refund, replacement/exchange on any items that have already been used.
